Rubber Lining
of Vessels, pipe lines etc. are undertaken along with fabrication under the same roof. Lining is done with different polymers like Natural Rubber, Chloroprene, Butyl, Ebonite, EPDM, Nitrile, etc. depending on the working conditions and resistance required in monoflex, diflex and triflex types. Arrangements are available for various modes of curing of the lining such as in autoclaves, under atmospheric conditions with different adhesives to withstand heat, high pressure, vacuum, abrasion and erosion.
